AIQuorum is a platform providing AI-powered applications including:

• JaneIVA: An intelligent virtual assistant with voice interaction, task management, reminders, and SMS notification capabilities.
• Ask the Quorum: Multi-AI research and fact-checking tool.
• MikeMusicPlayer: AI-curated music player.
• ApexTrading: AI-powered market analysis tool.

3. SMS Communications Consent

By opting in to receive SMS messages from JaneIVA:

• You consent to receive text message alerts, reminders, and notifications from the AIQuorum platform.
• Message frequency varies based on your configured reminders and usage.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or use of the platform.

4. User Accounts

To use our services, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

5. Q-Bucks Credits

The Platform uses a virtual credit system called "Q-Bucks" for AI-powered features. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and allocations at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Abuse the SMS messaging feature (e.g., using it to send spam)
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its content, and all associated intellectual property are owned by AIQuorum. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIQuorum and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
